Painted pale, then left to age. The black returns on its own terms.

    WHITE

    The leather was sprayed white by hand over the whole body, collar and sleeves, covering the original black with a soft, chalky layer.

    ANTIQUE

    An antique treatment worked the white back down until the dark leather surfaced again in spots, stains and shadows. It gathered in the grain, along the seams and around the collar, leaving a weathered grey that looks earned rather than applied.
